Cross Tables
TTN cross tables can save your company thousands per year in setup costs. These table make it ideal to position your substrates quickly before printing. Four cross tables are available:
- XY 75 cross table – XY adjustment only
- XY 100 cross table – XY and Yaw Rotation
- XY 170 cross table – XY and Yaw Rotation
- XY 240 cross table – Can be built into the machine pedestal
All cross tables are adjustable in X- and Y-position. Besides that, the XY 100 and XY 170 also have the possibility to rotate the top disc. Quickly correct crooked artwork and perfectly align it on substrates. When the correct position is set, lock the position with locking bolts.
The XY 240 cross table can be built into the machine pedestals. These tables also have the posibility to rotate the top layer. This table is developed to position product shuttles, but can also be used for positioning larger substrates or even complete pad printing machines.
T-Shirt Fixture
TTN T-Shirt fixture is the perfect solution to printing on t-shirts. The large block is made from POM to resist inks and solvents. Setting up the fixture is quick and can be done in under a minute. The metal clips can be adjusted for different fabric thickness. This fixture is a perfect printing companion for printing on t-shirts, mylar bags for medical marijuana or food, masks, purses, shopping bags, or anything else that would benefit from a flat printing surface.
PEDESTALS FOR TTN PAD PRINTING MACHINES
Table pedestal TTN 100 and 200 series (Top Left)
This pedestal can be mounted on nearly every tabletop. The pedestal comes with a height adjustment which can optionally be equipped with an XY 100 cross table. If the pedestal is used in combination with a 2- or 3-colour machine, than a product shuttle can be mounted on the product table.
High pedestal TTN 100 and 200 series (Middle Left)
This pedestal has an ergonomic design. With this pedestal you can work standing up or sitting down with the pad printing machine. The pedestal is equipped with a product table which is height adjustable. The guiding for this table is integrated in the pedestal, which leaves enough space for operator’s legs in front of the pedestal when sitting. The top of the product table is equipped with slots to mount product jigs, cross tables or other items on top of the product table. Optional this product table can be replaced by a TTN XY 240 cross table which is designed to position electronic product shuttles. The pedestal itself can be used as storage cabinet with a locking left side door.
High pedestal TTN Universal series (Bottom Right)
This pedestal has an ergonomic design. With this pedestal you can work standing up or sitting down with the pad printing machine. This pedestal is not equipped with a product table. The product table is in this case attached to the pad printing machine itself. This pedestal can be used for all TTN universal pad printing machines. The TTN 100 and TTN 200 series pad printing machines also fit on this pedestal. The back of the machine serves as a storage area with an internal shelf.
High pedestal TTN 350 series
This pedestal has an ergonomic design. With this pedestal you can work standing up or sitting down with the pad printing machine. The pedestal is equipped with a product table which is height adjustable. The guiding for this table is integrated in the pedestal, which leaves enough space for operators to place legs in front of the pedestal when sitting. The top of the product table is equipped with slots to mount all kinds of product jigs, cross tables or other items on top of the product table.
