For this range of pad printing machines, air and electricity are not required. These pad printing machines work mechanically and are operated by hand. Both the one and two color versions require only one hand to operate the pad printing machine freeing the other hand to load substrates into the printing area. Ideal for beginners, printing samples, prototypes, small runs or for use in surroundings where there is an absence of electricity or compressed air available. The items on many of these machines can be used in full size automatic machines, which allows for upgrade capabilities.
The TTN manual pad printing machines can be purchased in 1-color or 2-color format. They are equipped with closed ink cup systems allowing to print a maximum of 80mm diameter.
These machines use the same INA bearings, hardened steel and attention to detail as our full line-up
The TTN HP90 and 120 models typically provide 120 parts per hour printing. All TTN closed ink cup machines can accomodate two images per cliche.
Many items used on these machines can be used on other pad printer models including the baseplate, ink cup, pad holder, and pad.
The same hardened steel, INA bearings, durable paint job, universal adjustment points, and quick change positioning is found throughout the entire TTN line.
