Every single TTN Pad Printing machine is hand built in the Netherlands with the highest quality components.  TTN uses Festo pneumatics, INA bearings, Siemens controllers, hardened steel from Sweden, and a super robust flawless paint job.

The pad printing machines are equipped with a product table which is adjustable in X, Y and Z direction. The printing pressure is electronically adjustable on the substrate as well as on the cliché. The pad printing machines are equipped with an operator panel with illuminated touch screen display.

The machines are offered with an optional foot pedal to start the printing without use of hands. The pad printing machine is equipped with 4 throttle valves to adjust the speed of the machine.

Our pad printing machines are delivered as table models standard. An optional pedestal can be purchased to mount the machine on. The Universal pad printing machines can be delivered as a 1- or 2-color machine. The Universal Series is only available in closed ink cup models.

Our pad printing machines are “Universal”.  The one color series can print in 90 mm, 120 mm, or 134 mm within minutes by changing baseplates and ink cups.

The two color models can print in one or two colors and can print two products at once.  There is even an optional oval ink cup available for printing extremely large images at approximately 3 inches by 7 inches.

These machines can easily cycle 1,500 cycles per hour, but are usually operated by human interface in the 500-700 part per hour printing rate.  The Universal Series can come with optional tape cleaners and part dryers.
