The Professional Series electro-pneumatic pad printing machines are the most technologically advanced pad printing machines in the world.
The machines are easily equipped with:
- Tape Cleaning Units.
- Electric or pneumatic shuttles (product or pad shuttles) for multi-color printing.
- Pre- or Post-treatment equipment like plasma, corona, and flame treatments.
- Independent pad cylinders for printing multicolor images on large substrates.
- Internet troubleshooting and cloud networking.
The controller of these pad printing machines is suited for integration into new or existing production lines or automation.
The speed of these pad printing machines can be adjusted pneumatically and pad pressure is set electronically with the touch screen display. Other options in the controller of the machine are double print capabilities and delays to assist in drying of the inks before subsequent prints.
The TTN Professional Series Next Generation pad printing machines are equipped with a standard closed ink cup system with ceramic rings. Open inkwell systems are also available on demand.
The TTN Next Generation pad printing machines can be delivered in 1- to 6-colors.
These machines are equipped with standard ink cups to print images 80 mm (3.1 inches) or 110 mm (4.3 inches) in diameter. For larger print sizes an oval ink cup can be used to increase the printing area to 80x180mm and 110x260mm.
